  • Ability to work flexible hours under deadline pressure to see projects to completion
  • Handle each move until the tag is closed and forwarded to Billing Department
  • Customer service, administration and communication with customers
  • Cover Loads efficiently while maintaining target revenue
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong computer and problem solving skills

  • Establish and maintain an account base that needs transportation, storage and distribution services.
  • Aggressive self starter, possessing strong communication and follow up skills
  • Manage and grow existing accounts through contact, follow-up and follow-through
  • Resolve conflicts with customers to enhance the relationship and grow the business
  • Develop business so that dispatch department is consistently busy with a steady stream of loads
